Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen dinner rolls (12)
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 package Lipton onion soup mix, dry
  • 1 can sauerkraut, drained
  • Cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, Swiss, etc. Shredded or sliced.

Instructions

  • Let rolls rise following the directions on the package.
  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Fry the hamburger in a skillet and drain off the grease, then add the dry soup mix and sauerkraut.
  • Take each roll, flatten it out, and spread it open. Add enough meat mixture (1 to 2 spoonfuls) to the middle of each roll, and add a pinch of shredded cheese or a quarter of a slice of cheese. Fold the roll over the filling and seal the roll around the meat.
  • Place in a 9x13-inch baking dish seam side down and bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
