How to Make Easy Bierocks
Step 1: Let the Rolls Rise
Place the frozen dinner rolls on a lightly greased baking sheet or dish. Cover and allow them to rise according to the package directions until doubled in size.
Step 2: Prepare the Filling
Preheat your oven to 350°.
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain off excess grease. Stir in the dry onion soup mix and drained sauerkraut. Cook for a few minutes to allow the flavors to blend together.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly before assembling.
Step 3: Assemble the Bierocks
Flatten each risen roll into a small circle using your hands.
Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of the meat mixture into the center. Add a small handful of shredded cheese or about ¼ slice of cheese on top.
Carefully fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges together to seal completely. Make sure there are no openings so the filling stays inside while baking.

- 1 package Lipton onion soup mix, dry
- 1 can sauerkraut, drained

Instructions
- Let rolls rise following the directions on the package.
- Preheat oven to 350°.
