Impossibly Easy Quiche

Ingredients

    • 1 cup cooked ham, bacon, or sausage

    • 1 cup grated cheese (Cheddar, Swiss, Monterey Jack, etc.)

    • 3 eggs

    • 1 cup biscuit mix (Bisquick)

    • 1½ cups milk

    • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a pie pan with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Layer the filling. Place your choice of cooked meat in the bottom of the pie pan. Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the meat.

  3. Prepare the batter. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, biscuit mix, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth. You can also blend the mixture in a blender for an extra smooth consistency.

  4. Assemble the quiche. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the meat and cheese in the pie pan.

  5. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
